Alignment is a constant process we need to follow throughout our existence in order to have all aspects of ourselves in harmony. As humans, we operate in different realms simultaneously and we must balance our spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and physical aspects. When all parts of ourselves are operating to serve our highest good, we are in alignment.
It is a powerful way to achieve greater levels of joy, better self-expression, enhance our creativity, less turmoil or chaos, lower levels of stress, higher self-control, self-discipline, more peace and satisfaction.
When you’re in alignment, things seem to work effortlessly and you reach optimum efficiency as well as performance a lot easier in everything you engage in.
